2004 was eyeon Software's most notable year to date, with an outstanding impact on diverse client bases. Facility integration increased at an amazing rate and acquisitions indicated an unprecedented growth in Fusion-driven projects. Many of the top box office hits were also Fusion productions. The roster of Fusion films continues to be impressive, and 3D World magazine lists three Fusion facilities in their top ten to shape the future of vfx.

eyeon Interviews Boyd Shermis
eyeon recently talked with Boyd Shermis, who began his Visual Effects career in 1985 at Apogee Productions. Aside from a brief stint at Robert Blalack's Praxis Film Works, he spent his first 5 years in the business coordinating, producing, and then supervising Visual Effects for commercials. He has since racked up VFX Supervisor credits on numerous feature films like Speed, Swordfish and Gone In 60 Seconds.
