IBC this year was huge for eyeon. Announcements made included the release of Connection; giving support to Autodesk’s line of products including Flame®, Inferno®, Flint®, Fire® and Smoke®. A free upgrade to Fusion 5 will be available soon with the release of 5.1 on the horizon. Along with these two product evolutions, Leitch has finally completed their Velocity integration to support Fusion 5 and DFX+.

CMI releases new Fusion 5.1 tutorials |

With a long list of Fusion tutorials already available from cmiVFX, they are continuing to develop new learning materials. The release of the new Crowd Replication tutorial offers Fusion artists an inexpensive way to learn the fastest growing compositor, Fusion.

Rainmaker's work on Garfield |

On one of their latest films, Garfield, Rainmaker show how using Fusion made it possible to make 10 different animals speak. Leitch announces DFX+5 integration |

The Fusion 5.1 beta program of eyeon's universal cross-platform application will be implemented directly following Siggraph. With testing on the way and hype surrounding the release, this free upgrade will be available soon to all Fusion 5 licenses.

With their knack for extreme photorealism, DD fill the Talladega speedway grounds with over 100,000 people.
