Golden Compass Wins Best Visual Effects
eyeon would like to congratulate The Peerless Camera Company, Matte World Digital and Rainmaker UK for their Oscar-winning contributions to The Golden Compass. The film, in which the young heroine ventures north to save her best friend, won the Academy Award for Achievement in Visual Effects.

cmiVFX Launches New Fusion Training Video
cmiVFX launches the official video guide to Rotoscoping, Keying, and Masking techniques. This collection of topics is compiled into one video release so that the 3 different types of tool sets can be shown working along side each other in robust workflow combinations.
