 June 2008
eyeon Continues Its 20th Anniversary Celebration.
eyeon Fusion x64 Summer Special
Fusion x64 is a true 64bit application, able to fully utilize massive amounts of system RAM. The productivity benefits of such a huge increase in physical RAM and address space has resulted in some astonishing performance reports from our 64bit clients. The team at eyeon decided that we should give as many of our current and new customers, a special introduction to the world of 64bit compositing. As we have already spent many years developing a 64bit compositor, the only other thing we could offer, was a free 64 bit operating system to run Fusion x64. For the month of June 2008, if you purchase a new seat of Fusion 5.3 eyeon will give you $250 USD towards a copy of Windows Vista 64 Business Edition, able to access 128GB of RAM.

Iron Man Opens at $102 Million
Tony Stark (Iron Man) is a complete playboy and engineering genius. While in Afghanistan demonstrating a new missile, he's captured and wounded. Injured in an attack, Stark creates an armored suit and a means to prevent his death from the shrapnel left in his chest. Thanks to CAFEFX once again for their incredible work.

CSI/Fusion Article Featuring Eddie Robison
Eddie Robison of Inhance Digital gives us a detailed breakdown of how he was able to make a car disappear into an overpass sinkhole in the midst of a high speed car chase using Fusion. This great looking effect was featured on an episode of CSI: Miami that aired three weeks ago. The highly popular spin-off is known for its suspense and, now thanks to Eddie, CSI: Miami is known for its effects.
