Congratulations to Screen
Scene VFX For The Emmy Nomination!
"For
our team, Generation was an integral part of our
pipeline. All artists were impressed by its
simplicity and usefulness. I myself found it
fundamental in the way in which I did my daily
processes. So thank you all for giving us the
opportunity to use Generation in our pipeline.
eyeon was incredibly helpful during Game of
Thrones, a big project on which we used
Generation. I'm extremely excited about working
with the latest version."

Fusion New Pipeline For Toonbox
Entertainment
ToonBox
Entertainment, a Toronto-based international
production studio of film, television, and
interactive media, convert their compositing
pipeline to Fusion.
"Here
at ToonBox Entertainment, we have been charged
with many unique challenges in the course of
building a new studio. Our compositing software
had to integrate with a great deal of proprietary
tools and meet the same price-performance
requirements that are necessary for all the
software being used on our animated feature. eyeon
Fusion has worked out great on all fronts.
The
eyeon team is highly supportive and has shown a
load of collaboration as we move forward with 'The
Nut Job'."

Supervisor

Happy
Birthday exrTrader!
exrTrader,
the OpenEXR centric buffer export plugin by
db&w, is turning 5 years old this
month.
The
render buffer exporter has been designed based on
OpenEXR specifications and works hand in hand with
eyeon Fusion as well as other OpenEXR savvy
compositing applications.
"eyeon
Fusion is the first stop to verify our
implementation." says Michael Wolf, developer of
exrTrader and long-time Fusion user, "I make sure
that the features in exrTrader work well with
it."
The
plugin comes with full support for multiple
layers, channel naming, metadata, and automatic
DoD. It has been designed with a visual workflow
in mind. exrTrader has been used in numerous
projects in the past and is the primary image
saver in many LightWave 3D centric
pipelines.
Five
years old and still cutting edge. If you use eyeon
Fusion in conjunction with LightWave 3D, adding
exrTrader to your pipeline is a natural
