To download the Primatte plugin click on the correct link below. There are two plugins, one for Fusion and DFX+ v4.0x and one for Fusion and DFX+ 5. To install the plugin open the archive and extract the contents into your Fusion \ Plugins folder.

You can use the plugin without a license, but the results will be watermarked. Be careful not to save a composition created with a licensed version of primatte using a Fusion that does not have a license. This will permanently set the Primatte plugin into demo mode, which is probably not the desired effect.
