Section 6: Keying
Fusion 5 has multiple native keyers, each performing a slightly different function. Understanding when to use a certain keyer or keying function is fundamental to an artist’s efficiency and ultimately their effectiveness. These keying tutorials breakdown such processes as pulling a blue screen key in Fusion's Ultra Keyer, using garbage mattes and matte controls to help integrate a subject into a scene and chroma keying elements for use with effects masks.
